Our team
We are a close-knit team with great capabilities, composed of seasoned professionals and young talents committed to excellence and continuous growth.
Our history
The relentless pursuit of excellence
through technological innovation and employee development:
these are the pillars that still guide MR Components today.
The research for constant improvement, quality and customer satisfaction have pushed the company to expand its market over the years and to invest in the training of the whole team.
The commitment in promoting the brand and achieving global visibility reflects the company’s ambition to establish itself as leader in the mechanical sector.
1995
Driven by a strong passion for mechanics, Alessandro Reguzzo founded Meccanica Reguzzo at just 21 years old, purchasing his first CNC Mori Seiki SL25 lathe.
1996
The idea was successfull and so a second CNC Mori Seiki SL25 lathe was purchased, followed by many more.
2001
To control and certify increasingly complex products, also a 3D CMM Dea Mistral machine was purchased.
2003
Meccanica Reguzzo gets
iSO 9001 certification.
2004
A new home for Meccanica Reguzzo: the company moved into its own new 800 sq.m warehouse.
2007
The warehouse is expanded: an additional 2,000 square meters are added to the initial 800 square meters, for a total area
of 2800sqm.
2008
MR increasingly focuses on careful, automated and controlled management of processes.
5 robots are inserted and 2 inverted spindle lathes are purchased, for the unattended processing of complex components.
2011
Two new vertical lathes were added to the machine warehouse: Emag VL7 with reversed spindles.
2017
MR focused on 4 new Emag VL4 lathes with related servo robots for the intensive production of differential gears. The metrology room was also expanded by investing in a Zeiss Contura machine and a QPT profiler.
2024
The relocation to the new production plant.
2025
Meccanica Reguzzo obtains the IATF16949 certification.
TODAY
We continue to expand our machine fleet and optimise production processes. We are an Industry 4.0 and we control every phase of production through customised management software, specially designed.
